I am Kelly, Owner and designer behind Jelly Bean By Kelly.
A proud Latina from El Salvador, I absolutely love celebrating colorful traditions and throwing fabulous fiestas for every occasion! Kicking off our Etsy shop in 2014 with handmade party decor and favors. Fast forward to 2020, when balloon design took center stage, and by 2023 we launched the JellyBean Photobooth and rolled out our newest Luna booth in 2025 for the ultimate party experience, and in 2026 were changing the game with our Keychain Station.
