I am Kelly, Owner and designer behind Jelly Bean By Kelly. As proud Latina from El Salvador, we cherish our rich traditions and love to host fiestas for every occasion, big or small.
Kicking our Etsy shop in 2014 with hand made party decor and favors. Fast forward to 2020, when balloon design took center stage, and by 2023 we laucnhed the JellyBean Photobooth and rolled out our newest booth in 2025 for the ultimate party experince.
